I'm going to try and make this a loving review. If you LOVE some good down south fried chicken...this is your go to place. It's not dine in and no drive through. So you have to go in and get your order. The lines are usually pretty long and the inside is fairly small, like a hole in the wall...but the chicken is literally being fried up every few minutes. Now...the customer service SUCKS big time. The few times I've went, the kinda heavy set dark complexion chick has always been the rudest. I went on the 24th of Dec 2024 at around ummm...4:30ish pm and I literally was in line behind 4 people. When it was my turn, I got to the counter and she walked smooth off. Didn't say hold on or nothing. Then she began prepping about 9 drinks and bagging other people's food. No acknowledgement or anything. So the other young lady, kind of light skin, she saw how I was just standing there for awhile and was like..."hey babes, what did you wanna order". I told her and she was like "I'll make your order for you but the other girl is gonna ring you up tho". It was so bad the brother behind me walked to the counter and offered her like 30 dollars just to get a 4 piece and fries so he could just bounce. I felt that. But when ol girl FINALLY came to ring me up, she was so bland, monotoned and offered no sorry for waiting or even acknowledgment. I will say the other young lady hooked me up. I ordered a 4 piece with rice n gravy and a pepper. Got to the car and I had 7 pieces of chicken with 2 rolls and like 5 peppers. So I ain't even mad. So if you're expecting great customer service and you know you're a person with a low tolerance for bad attitudes, don't come here. But if you're patient and want some good ol fresh, flavorful chicken....this is your spot!!!! Peace and love everyone who reads this review!!
Exceptional taste, that chicken was so good it made me want to be fried myself. It was served straight out of the grease just the way I prefer. Seasoned well, hot and tasty! Go get you some chicken here but pack your patience, others will be trying to get it too
The wings were delicious! Fresh out the grease! My mouth was so watering to taste, I forgot to take a picture. Like all other reviews, the two young ladies need to work on customer service. Laughing & talking to one another, playing with phones, both helping with food orders versus one helping and one taking orders. Although my order was prepared and handed right to me, I did see several orders placed on the counter without calling a name or ticket number. A lady just walked up, looked at her ticket, picked up the bag and walked out. F.Y.I...It's not a dine in restaurant. 9/10....I will return!
Ordered their chicken for a birthday party, and it didn't disappoint. Everyone loved it! If you're thinking these are wing pieces, think again! They give you the entire wing! I over ordered because so many chicken places sell wing sections claiming it's a whole wing.
Everything went well just seeing that they had a long line. I knew this was gonna be good. The best rice and gravy I've had here. Amazing chicken wing deal I will travel every time to get this delicious food.
